The Account Specialist will always work with integrity, demonstrate a desire to serve others, and possess the ability to solve problems. The Account Specialist will carry out short-term and long-term strategies for assigned accounts. The Account Specialist role will focus on strengthening relationships with customers, managing the customer experience with Ram Products, product application training, and increasing revenues with assigned customers. The Account Specialist will act as the main point of contact with the assigned key accounts and internal teams.
