The ideal candidate will also have a strong attention to detail, a general understanding of supply chain management, and develop a firm working knowledge of the Ram Operating System, focusing on procuring goods and maintaining inventory levels across all warehouses so that we have the right part at the right place at the right time.

Warehouse Supervisor- Richland Hills, TX
The Warehouse Supervisor will always operate with integrity, possess a strong desire to serve others and foster that desire within the warehouse team. The primary responsibility is assisting the Warehouse Manager to oversee the five main functions of the warehouse (receiving / packing / picking / shipping / cycle counting), performing those and other warehouse duties as needed, and training warehouse representatives to ensure their success.

Pathways Trainee Program – Richland Hills, TX
The Pathways Trainee Program is an opportunity to learn the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) business, end-to-end, before engaging with customers as a Field Service Representative (FSR). You will work full-time in our Fort Worth office during your first six months with Ram and train to become an FSR. You will have the opportunity to learn how each Ram department operates, including supply chain and account management. You will also receive personal and professional mentoring from our Leadership Team. The primary track for this position is a FSR, but opportunities are available in other departments as well.
