Typically, our Field Service Representatives service bins once a week, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on product usage. We will work with each customer to establish a specific day of the week that works best for you.
We are always happy to let our customers pay for their storage bins, but by signing a Service Agreement, we can offer free storage bins that can become yours at the end of the agreement. Just ask your Ram Products Representative for details.
We work hard to ensure our truck inventories carry the products our customers need on a weekly basis. Ram mobile warehouses currently deliver over 70% of the products our customers need for immediate delivery at the time of order, with the majority of products shipped within 24 hours.

Ram Products Vendor Managed Inventory Service and Customer Support FAQs
No Service Agreement is required; however, you receive some amazing benefits if you do such as free storage bins, VMI service, and product training just to name a few.
You can if you want but we would prefer to handle all the details of your bin installation and organization as part of our Vendor Managed Inventory Service (VMI).
We do not charge for shipping and handling of orders shipped standard freight out of our Fort Worth Distribution Center. However, if you need it airlifted to your shop in two hours, for example, there will be a charge for shipping and handling.
If I change from my current vendor to Ram Products for my shop supplies (which you should!), what do I do with my existing inventory?
We will be glad to reorganize your current storage bins and repurpose your existing inventory into new Ram Products storage bins; maybe even help you throw some of that old junk away if needed. After all, it’s a write-off!
