100% RTV silicone sealant, high-temp red. Oxygen sensor safe.
Cures to a tough, rubbery solid when exposed to moisture in the air.
It will adhere to clean metal, glass, most types of non-oily wood, vulcanized silicone rubber, silicone resins, natural and synthetic fibers, ceramic and paper.
Will also adhere to many painted and plastic surfaces.
Paints do not adhere long term to this product.
Typical uses include adhering auto and appliance trim, bonding gaskets in heating and refrigeration units, formed-in-place gaskets for engines, transmissions, differentials, gear boxes, compressors and pumps.
It is not recommended for continuous use with gasoline or fuel oil.
Remains flexible to -75°F and has a temperature rating of 500°F continuous and 600°F intermittent.
Packaged in a pressured can.
